Welcome to Prints & Petals. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Prints & Petals. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL

Prints & Petals offers decorative products, gifts, novelty items, Flexi Mini products, custom products, plant-based material products, outdoor décor, and other merchandise.

We reserve the right to modify our products, pricing, policies, website content, and these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective when posted to our website.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products, including their colors, dimensions, materials, features, and appearance.

Because many of our products are individually produced, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, pattern, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, computer monitors, mobile devices, and display settings.

Product dimensions listed on our website are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. PLANT-BASED & DECORATIVE PRODUCTS

Certain Prints & Petals products are manufactured using plant-based or other specialty materials. The characteristics and performance of these materials may vary depending on use, installation, climate, temperature, prolonged environmental exposure, and other conditions beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application and environment.

Decorative plants, cactuses, agaves, flowers, and similar products sold by Prints & Petals are decorative products and are not living plants.

4. FLEXI MINIS, TOYS & SMALL ITEMS

Some products may contain small parts and are not appropriate for young children. Product-specific age recommendations and warnings should be followed.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, collectible, Flexi, articulated, novelty, or decorative products should not be given to children below the recommended age.

Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the intended recipient.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Prints & Petals reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory limitations, or other reasonable circumstances.

If an obvious pricing or product-description error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for amounts paid.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Prints & Petals reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, personalization, and order information.

7. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom, personalized, branded, specially manufactured, or made-to-order products may require customer approval before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, logos, spelling, dimensions, colors, artwork, and other customization details before providing approval.

Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Prints & Petals.

8. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED LOGOS & ARTWORK

By providing Prints & Petals with a logo, trademark, photograph, design, artwork, business name, or other intellectual property for customization, the customer represents that they own the material or have authorization to use it.

The customer grants Prints & Petals permission to reproduce the supplied material solely as necessary to fulfill the order.

Prints & Petals is not responsible for intellectual-property claims arising from materials supplied by a customer without proper authorization.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Prints & Petals.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

Risk associated with carrier delivery, loss, theft, or damage will be handled according to our applicable shipping policy and carrier procedures.

Customers should inspect packages promptly upon delivery and contact us within the timeframe specified in our return or shipping policy if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Prints & Petals Return & Refund Policy displayed on our website.

Products must meet the requirements stated in that policy to qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Custom, personalized, clearance, final-sale, or specially manufactured products may be excluded from returns.

11. WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, case quantities, discounts, payment requirements, lead times, and shipping arrangements may differ from standard retail orders.

Wholesale customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable wholesale terms before purchasing.

Products purchased wholesale for resale remain subject to applicable product warnings, instructions, and usage limitations.

Wholesale customers may not make false or misleading claims concerning Prints & Petals products, their materials, performance, origin, or intended use.

12. PRODUCT USE & INSTALLATION

Customers are responsible for properly using, displaying, assembling, securing, maintaining, and installing products according to any instructions supplied with the product.

Prints & Petals is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow provided instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Outdoor decorative products should be installed securely and appropriately for the location and environmental conditions.

13. WEBSITE CONTENT

All website content, including product photographs, graphics, logos, text, product descriptions, designs, marketing materials, and other original content belonging to Prints & Petals is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by law or with our written authorization, Prints & Petals content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or used to market another business's products.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Prints & Petals name, branding, original graphics, product photography, marketing materials, and proprietary designs are owned by or licensed to Prints & Petals, as applicable.

Nothing contained on this website grants users ownership of or an unrestricted license to Prints & Petals intellectual property.

15. PROHIBITED WEBSITE USE

You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, transmit malicious software, commit fraud, scrape or systematically copy proprietary content without authorization, or violate the rights of Prints & Petals or another party.

Where permitted by law, Prints & Petals' aggregate liability relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
